Katherine LeBlanc

My name is Katherine LeBlanc and I am sixteen years old.  I have been riding since I was six years old.  My dad T.J. LeBlanc is a trainer.  I showed in the ponies for about four years.  Where I qualified for pony finals and placed in the top fifteen.  I have been showing the junior hunters ever since.  Where I was champion in the reserve many of times.  I won a lot of classes and placed in classics.  I started showing in the junior jumpers about two years ago.  I did my first grand prix at Gulf Point in 2006, and have done a couple of others in various places.  I would say that I have been pretty successful.  There have been some rough times, but it just made me bend over and pull my boots up higher.  I guess all my hard work paid off in the end. 

Recently, I have been catch riding for Colleen McQuay for two years.  I really enjoy spending time with everyone here at McQuay Stables, and I really appreciate all the help.  This past winter, I rode with Kim and Dennis Mitchell.  I showed at hits Ocala with them.  I showed in the junior hunters and won a couple of classes, qualified for the medal finals.  I love to hangout with friends.  I am a very outgoing person.  I am always willing to help out in whatever way I can.
