Born in Bientina, Tuscany Italy, Marco is an accomplished horseman and showman.

Prior to his 2007 move to McQuay Stables, Marco (riding for team Italy) won the individual gold medal at the 2005 FEI European Reining Championships was a member of the 2006 Italian WEG team.

Since his move to Texas, Marco has been a finalist at multiple NRHA sanctioned events, including the NRHA futurity, the NRHA Derby and the NRBC.

In 2009, Marco was the Intermediate Open champion at the NRBC and the Open Reserve Champion at the NRHA Derby on Hollywoodstinsletown.  In 2010, Marco and Hollywoodstinsletown were fourth in the Open Finals at the NRBC.
